The UVTA DrinkSafe™35 & 150 Series will disinfect water that's safe for drinking, cooking, washing wounds, or laboratory and pharmaceutical applications, all totally free of harmful microorganisms. These two units are the only UV disinfection units on earth that are robust enough to be installed outside with minimal power wattage and the only maintenance required each year, new UV lamps!
The UVTA DrinkSafe™ 35 & 150 flow rates: UVTA DrinkSafe™35: Flow rates up to 35 litres a minute (2.1m 3 h), depending on water quality. Provides enough safe drinking water for 12,600 people a day (based on 4 litres per person per day). Takes just 50 watts of power to run and 2 new UV lamps per year in maintenance. For an extra charge, the DrinkSafe can be fitted with an optional 0.5 micron carbon briquette filter to remove Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts.
